PICCOLO PAD MEASUREMENT
MEASURING PADS
Piccolo pads are always measured at the widest point of the pad.Use a ruler with millimeter marks and measure the piccolo pad across the surface at the widest point. It's that simple. Check the following diagram for how to measure your pads.
Measuring in this manner is the easiest way to proceed. In doing this, you are assuming that the previous installer put the correct size of pads on the piccolo.
MEASURING PAD CUPS
If you would prefer to measure the pad cups, you will need to measure to the outside of the piccolo pad cup.SIZES
All measurements should be taken to the closest 1/2 millimeter measurement. Always round down if you are not sure.We will need measurement "A" from the diagram below:
